Yes, I think that website design is very important for the ICO project. Not at all because Design does really matter and its one of my indications if a certain project do really give some effort not just setting it aside.

It also shows how serious the project is, for they really put that work and time just to create a really attractive design. Although some will not look at those designs and will only based on what the project is, it is still a factor for a project's success.
