After they checked and make sure all problem have been resolved. They are still letting people to complain if they have some problem during campaign until jan 13. |

Yes, you need to contact bankex.com through intercom on the website and make sure you have everything done for KYC. |

my bankex receiving ether wallet reads different than my ether wallet possibly because i purchased these coins through coinbase, before i knew that that was not ideal. i have my bankex crowdsale cold wallet though. how can i retrieve my bankex coins?

I see that the tokens have been sent (they don't show on the page) but I have no access to the wallet I send them to (cause its on my other pc). Will I receive my tokens after distribution if I configure the bkx token on Jan16?

You can retrieve your tokens by importing your private key in an ERC20 compatible wallet. I see that the tokens have been sent (they don't show on the page) but I have no access to the wallet I send them to (cause its on my other pc). During the ICO the tokens were 500BKX : 1ETH thanks for this, i was about to ask the ico price. is this means that the price of one BKX maybe more than 1 dollar? and where can we trade BKX tokens? any exchange? I suppose if one does not take into account ETH price volatility. AFAIK price during ico does not matter much if they list on plenty exchanges suddenly. People want to invest on the long term. It is really impressive to see that the team is working very hard to ensure BKX is listed in exchanges this January. I also hope it will be good exchanges which have high trade volume like Kraken, Binance, Bittrex wouldn't be a bad start.
