hi mate. yes, both exchange are safe to use. i have not tried anything wrong using delta even id that time it got compromised. but know i used it again and i must say it is safe already mate. on idex, so far i i haven't tried any problem as well. whether on deposits or upon withdrawals.

all of us hope it can be added on binance or bittrex.but we cann't do anything.we need wait the information from official.
