Our top managers, Ivan Tretyakov and Eugene Khen held negotiations on strategic partnership with the international holding company FINAM (https://www.finam.eu/).

At the meeting with deputy General Director Yaroslav Kabakov. They have discussed tasks of consolidation of the investment directions of both companies, development of united products and decisions for traders at the international markets.

We have worked hard preparing an exemplary package of paperwork, totally compliant with the legislation and listing requirements, which enabled us to file it already in December. Due to regulatory restrictions we can’t disclose the names of specific exchanges yet, but we assure you that they were chosen on the “bigger, fewer, better” principle.

As we are looking forward to receiving the listing dates from the exchanges, we keep on developing our technology, which has been in the core of our business. At the end of the day, it is our technology and our products that create fundamental value for our investors, and protecting our investors’ interests is our daily routine.
