BKX is a utility token used to access the Bankex platform and it's services. It does not represent equity so it is not a security.
So its non tradeable on crypto currency exchanges then unless its added by the exchange on their own behalf? |

I think basically what is being said is, if Bankex apply to an exchange and get listed they will get sued by the US government. Hence the Binance vote. Let to many non allowed residents in.

I have started to agree with this ... And if it's security then as per US Laws all the investor protection laws apply on it whether company agrees on it or not... This is what SEC said
Sorry I don’t agree with this. US citizens weren’t allowed to participate in this ICOs right? How can it be can investor protection apply by the US? |

Hi there, Due to exchanges being under pressure for regulations, we are required to wait for further notice. The team has applied and filled out all forms, and once we are given word we will announce to the community. |

Let me make it clear. If they submitted it in dec. but now. Feb still nothing happened. Then we have big trouble. We have the big chance that those exchanges refused us. few days ago. They asked for voting on binance. apparently we won’t win cause we have only 7000 people here. But why they asked this ? If I know in which month they submitted the legal documents. I can predicted that maybe binance refused bankex or maybe binance and bankex just negotiated. Binance wanted bankex to pay but bankex don’t want. So. In feb. The team asked us to vote. if they submitted the paper just in dec. then. All of my guess should be wrong. If they submitted it in December. Problaly I am right and we will have little chance to list on binance.

The CEO should not only show his face once there’s news around
if there’s one thing thats important it would be direct ceo communication with investors, answering legitimate questions when he can. Currently legitimate questions are always redirected towards blogposts..

despite the fact that they update about the developments, arent they gonna list BKX on better exchange? cmon, etherdelta is starting to piss a lot of people. it seemed that it is no longer working the way they should. BKX deserves a better trading market, and not a cheap one.
