Escrow is a must for this transaction there is a risk in both side party. Even if order on ebay was confirmed then he send btc to the owner of paypal. Anytime the owner of paypal can dispute it and the order will be cancelled.

I can do this task but we need an escrow service not because OP is newbie but to make sure that the deal will be safe for both of us. I'm ok with same rate but OP should pay the escrow fee. OG or minerjones is my preferred escrow.

This guy is a newbie. So h either send first if he feels confortable or must use escrow. there are enough trusted escrows here to avoid the hassle of being scammed on such a matter.

Escrow is not going to be helpful anyway for this transaction as there is involvement of a reversible and a non reversible payment system. The only way out is some trusted person should do this if op is interested about this transaction.
