After not being able to Send due to block getting stuck at block 470924, (See post: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1985719.new#new), I elected to Restore on another laptop with the paper backup and passphrase since I could not locate the wallet.dat file on the original laptop. I'm very new at this.

The Restore process scanned smoothly and reached 99% then went back to 0% and it's been sitting/stuck at Scanning 0% for the last 2 hours with no balance showing. This seems wrong.

How long does a Restore usually take using a paper backup?

Should I be running Bitcoin Core simultaneously?

Any other suggestions?

Running: Armory 96.0.4
On: Win 7 Pro

Thank you so much for any assistance.

UPDATE:  All fixed - Closed Amory and reopened. Balances appeared.
