Being smart and selling gradually over a week would have netted them 20-25% more.

CB is running on bitshare blockchain, so you need pay fee to blockchain with every action. Better have some BTS when trade on CB.

You should create your support ticket, and send it to Crypto Bridge team.
Here is a guide steps from Crypto Bridge team, which I got from their Discord channel:
