Is there any other way contacting crypto-bridge.org exchange support than silent e-mail provided on the exchange site?  Withdrawal is missing and there is no way finding outgoing transaction ID, only internal exchange blocks with no tracking value at all.  When did you make the request for your withdrawal? I made a BTC withdrawal request 5 hours ago but nothing showed up in my wallet yet. I did RavenCoin withdrawals before and they arrived shortly after i made the request. I don't know if things work differently with bitcoin. |

They also have discord channel but I'm not sure this will helps. I tried to get support but they weren't message me back. |

No It is not. It has been more than 12 hours and they still haven't sent my bitcoins yet. Stay away from this exchange. Something is very wrong here. If this doesn't get solved today, going to create a scam accusation thread.Withdrawals should have been automatic, I don't know what's been taking so long. Edit: OK I got back the funds. Problem got solved. Company isn't a scam but things work very slowly sometimes. Be warned. |

I cannot see my wallet balance in the "ACCOUNT" menu. At least the ones, that are on orders. So, if you have all your coins on orders, the "QTY" tab in the ACCOUNT overview is completely Zero. Please change this! Or is there another way I have overseen?
