I agree with you buying altcoin is now very cheap compared to a month ago. Every altcoin is reduced from 30-40% this is a very good opportunity to buy in but still be careful when investing in cheap altcoin because the risk will happen at any time.

If you want to protect your assets better to convert fiat because we don't know what will happen after a segwit at least take 4 or 6 months to 100% segwit, and some sites about bitcoin say advised to not doing transactions on the 30th of July.

Well, if you have a lot of bitcoin try to buy altcoin or try to invest in altcoin. Altcoin price is dropping so I think this is the best time to buy values. We can avail altcoins in low prices and then just wait for the price to get high again,it will surely go up in due time.
