More like anti scam. So you can pretty much as sum it up as anti-99%-altcoin. But ripple waves EOS and Tezos stand out scamwise. I thought ripple was bad but there is at least some credibility in such a project. Waves is really the lowest of the lowest. Just watch the video and hear Sasha Ivanonov CEO of Waves explain his scam product.

I have some doubts about this...

I just received some tokens airdrop. As I can see it was suposed to airdrop on 15th of every month. It was the first time I receive WCT. Already have waves in my wallet for more than 2 months.

Do leased waves count for the airdrop?

I'm also wondering the same thing, I've had hundreds of tokens in my wallet for a few months, and only just received some WCT, however i lease out my waves most of the time, but had left 100 unleased this month for various trades, so wonder if its linked to your generating balance rather than total waves??

If I'm not mistaken, it is just the percentage of the amount of Waves you have within your lite wallet before the 15th of every month. I don't know what is the exact percentage but I'm pretty sure that it is not the same amount of your Waves. You can still receive WCT even if you're leasing your Waves. For more information, it is better to join their slack channel and ask the people there.
