Waves community token can be earned from certain website like the Bitcoin faucet if available. So, search on google. Otherwise, you can buy from Waves platform.

I think that there are no such difficulties to buy or sell coins from which platform. Anyway. As an example, you can bring a token Mobile Go, which was created both on the etherium platform and on the waves, in addition, at one time traded in both variants (EMGO and WMGO) at HITBTC.

They are dead and all of icos that used waves platform are scam, you can see that how encryptotel, incent and more shitty coin become a shit coin. That's why people are throwing the waves platform and try to use the best platform called ethereum. Waves will never same as ethereum.
