Would you like to try to make it prettier?  We are mainly concerned that our tokens have utility and economic value, that we address market problems, and that we can have a valid conversation with the market about what we are trying to do.  If you don't like the way the deck looks, feel free to build us another one and we are happy to use it / provide a bounty if we believe that it better conveys our concept and purpose.  You can even have your middle-schooler do it!

Token holders will be able to participate in governance of the art trades themselves. The consortium will include art and economic councils to help ensure proposed trades are good for the underlying value of the token from two perspectives: cultural (i.e., the value of the art collection will increase) and economic (i.e., the value of a token holder's Artcoin holdings will increase relative to the underlying collection).

The artwork will only be acquired after the ICO - we need to base a portfolio buy on the amount of funds we have available.  We will be providing a list of work to token holders from which to vote on.  The work will be a selection of works that is coming up for auction or in galleries / artists that are likely to grow in value.  The selection of the pool will be determined by an arts council which we are currently recruiting to include experts in arts valuation.  An arts valuation consultant may be retained to insure the work selection is in the best interests of our token holders.

Art coin is minted by smart contract only during the sales.  The total supply of coin at the end of the sale will be equal to the amount sold plus 30 coins per 100 to distribute for talent acquisition, advisor and management incentives.  Future coin sales will follow the same structure.  Our economics advisor and council are set up to insure we do not create any dilution risk in the structure of the consortium of future smart contracts but ultimately, any future funds raised or coins minted would be spent exactly the same way to insure we retain the token value.

70% of the funds raised will go directly towards arts acquisition.  The remainder will go towards the platform buildout.

The Presale is now live and 300 artcoin are sold for 1 ether.  After the ICO officially goes live, 1 ether will buy only 200 coins.

We plan on developing an on-chain authenticity solution for physical art, and a DRM solution for digital art. I believe that is what you were asking.
