Although Waves recently as an altcoin is growing rapidly enough in price, all the same, such a proven coin as Ethereum is today more powerful with a capitalization of 18.5 billion dollars and has great support from the community. However, what will happen next and which of these coins will be stronger, we will see. I would bet on Ethereum, not Waves.

Does any one thinks that Ethereum can survive with the rising of Waves? I've heard that "Waves will be the next Ethereum"
I do not see where the comparison is coming from, the two are very different projects, Ethereum is a platform for smart contracts and if I remember correctly waves is a decentralized exchange, I do not see these two coins competing between each other. WAVES is going to implement smart contracts feature down the road I hear!! |

Waves are a platform for ICOs, so is ETH, Waves will have smart contracts as ETH does. Yes, ETH is stronger and more known coin...but Waves are much younger and are gaining much respect in cryptoworld...and this is only a start. They probably won't have ATH at 400$ as ETH but half of that is possible.

Honestly, I think it will happen like this. ETH will keep updating and they will fix their scaling issue a bit in the coming months for sure. Yea Waves is a nice platform as well but the majority already choose Ethereum for ICOS and NEO the Chinese will choose. Then with EOS releasing in 2018 the competition only become bigger. Nothing is wrong with the technology but if people are used to use something and it's their first choice. Then Ethereum will still be the prime platform for ICO choice. Same with litecoin is faster but Bitcoin is older and was first.

Look they are seeing it from the features, remember the waves has an ability to make an asset just use single waves coin. That makes the waves is comparable with ethereu,. But there is no interest by the real company for use the waves coin. |

Ethereum is already the #2 crypto in the planet, it is true that waves is on the rise but it will have a hard time catching up at the moment, It's not even on the top 10 right now. And also don't forget that ether is rising too so...

Waves is a good coin now it had stability and potentiality.but i dont think waves touch to Etherneum.Because eth already number 2 crypto currency after bitcoin.so i think waves must rise as eth but dont touch to etherneum. |

Yes waves will be the next generation ethereum because it's giving more features than ether like create tokens even if your mot knowing anything about programming second trade wealthy asset inside Dex is the trading platform and also waves giving ability to lease your waves it's really good .

Many new projects is going to start using Waves Blockchain and waves platform which known as the most user-friendly platform with easy to use wallet and interface.
I think in less than one year we will see less ethereum based projects because of waves.

I think waves has the potential to be a good coin compared next to eth, Already it has proof of stake which seems to have been working flawlessly,it has a decentralised exchange built into its lite wallet which has an upcoming update, new staff are being hired regularly and large companys have already shown interest including russian banks and even burger king have created their token using the waves token creation tool. Soon they hope to implement smart contracts which from what ive read are going to be simpler to use than ethereum contracts so hopefully less to go wrong.
Not to be a waves shill but it has a lot of potential imo.

As we know, Waves start rising, but it is very difficult if it has to be compared with Etherium,, We all know Etherium is the second best of the crypto world,, we can see currently many Altcoins are in ETH based ico projects,, So that's the reason why Waves are hard to make rivalry with Etherium

Both of them are good and they have different points on marketplace. ETH has a certain place and power as we know but waves also going pretty well and it will be more preffered because of its features.

I think nothing is impossible in the development of altcoin,, Waves present so impressively and I think it has attracted the attention of many people and Waves presents the ease to do trading because we can save as well as make a trde in wallet Waves with small fee

In waves it takes not as much as a moment to make your token, and there are instruments that make it staggeringly simple to distribute new tokens and do different exercises that will be important. like purchasing back and consuming ETT over the span of business;
But still it can't beat Ethereum as it is market leader now.

Everything will be the next Ethereum these day. I see waves as a huge competitor and might likely scale higher than Ethereum if the latter becomes more secured from being hacked or attacked.

Waves were rising after Ethereum and Ethereum is after bitcoin,these means the cryptoworld is being waelthy and known,Ethereum is known for its amount even though all of these coins are large amount but Ethereum is next to bitcoin and waves is next to ethereum they are both rising and threatening what coin will survive,but I think it will be Ethereum that will survive.
