The address must already be stacked somewhere in your posts, If that's the case, follow this tutorial[1] If the address comes from the old wallet, or this[2] If the address comes from the new version (use at your own risk as mentioned).

- Login to blockchain.info
- Go to Settings
- Addresses
- Choose the address you will signed and click More Options
- Sign Message

And that's it. For lending purposes, you must signed an address with an old address you posted here in the community. Well depend on lender's preferences.

Exactly like that. Still though i want to remind that a signed message from a  3+ months old staked addy here is a must.
This is not depends on any lender's preference, if the addy is less than 3 months anyone can ask for a loan without any involvement at forum.

I believe you bought the account, used the account, and are trying to sell the account (that's why you want to use it as collateral)

In your previous posts you are "living BTC" and use it for everything including trading, you have a paper wallet, you believe in blockchain etc?  Yet you claim you do not know how to sign a message?

Furthermore, your past posts "i agree with" I secondly agree etc.......reminds me of someone who posted about someone farming with about I think they said 100 or so posts of "I agree" I agree" but I won't say you are the same......I will say it reminds me.

Lastly, previous recent posts......you have many Requests for Loan, varying amounts and all wanting to use your account as collateral.

Your account isn't worth anything, IMO.  Why wouldn't you offer collateral, as in your previous posts, wallets, eth, etc. I think we know why

You already have an instruction on how to do a sign message.

Now signed message with an old address you staked here before (preferably the address that Vod posted). Just take note that it's not an assurance you will get a loan (based on your post history about loaning and your trust) but at least for formality and to increase your chances even by 1%.
