I'm confuse , there are so many scam out their.
You just need to be careful, an ICO which didn't mention their team and their profile + photos I can say that it's an obvious "scam attempt" like what have happened before. Investors are now smart enough to make the decision to whether invest into such project or not by evaluating the devs behind the project. You just need to act that way. |

Giving money to a group of people before they have a working product does not make things better, and definitely does not make it better than conventional methods of investing in a company or product.

Always hear about the ico success stories, yet I see hundres of ico on this forum just scams. Even the SEC tweeting now about ico scams, I mean it must be screwing a lot of ppl over for the SEC to get that many complaints enough to tweet about it.

Just look at video games these days, startup companies make promises and get millions of dollars for pre-alpha crap, then they already have your money, what incentives do they even have to keep going?!? Then it just stays in alpha forever.

I think ICOs are great opportunities as long as they are handled well. I'm also getting very upset at the ones that are over in like 40 seconds. A well handled ICO with a cap seems to lead to large returns later!

if you want to invest for ico
It should be based on assessment and research if you want to invest in ico project.
You have to look at the concept they offer and the clear team is very influential for the success of an ico.

It isn't the best way i would say there are still many risks involved while investing in ico like company never sending the coins after ico , you receive the coins but it never really get's listed on any exchange. If you face any of these issues it means the ico is a scam. There are other investing ways but ico is surely the most fastest way getting profit.

As for me best way to invest - buy on deeps, because i see a lot of coins which go lower than their ICO price when they listed somewhere, ANS ( now NEO ) a lot of time cost -x2 from ICO price. So i will recommend buy on markets, not on ICO.

Yes, i start off with joining ico The first ico make me lost $50 Second ico profit me x3 Third ico profitted me by x10 (Iconomi) in 1 year time And now i basically do tradings + minor ico So yeah, ICO is a good start Thanks for that as im looking to invest |

ICO is the best way to lose your money. There are a lot of scam now and I don't recommend you to invest in ICO if you don't have some good experience.
It is true, investing is one of the best ways to lose money but there is a good and feasible ICO to invest there and this is one of the best ways to make a profit. Before investing see team and project if it looks good and convincing then investment. |

It is too simple to launch an ICO treating Ethereum with lucrative photography & pathway. I can say Trading is the best way to invest money but need proper speculations & skills too.

Icos are definitely a good way to enter cryptos that you already believe are good products. I do worry for those that jump into an ico without doing any proper research or DD into the actual product. There is certainly no harm waiting for development milestones to be reached before investing.
Remember that it's you hard earned money and that u are essentially giving it to someone else.

Before you invest into any Ico you should analyse and do some search about the roadmap of the coin, the team, what is bringing new, if you invest without get some information besides someone say it will get 10-40x its value on the next months. Icos has becamed an amazing source of income, but there is always a risk and coin can be dropped and kill it.

I think ICOs should only be a small percentage of your portfolio. It's a VERY risky (so is all of crypto, but in comparison, ICOs are MUCH MUCH riskier than established coins on the market), so you shouldn't ever go all in or invest a good amount of your budget on one, EVEN if yoiu think its the next Google or something.
