Recently Vitale Buterin remarked we are in a ICO bubble because all cryptocurrencies are rising  and people have a feeling that they will always continue to rise. I'm pretty new in this world, but I think it is a young market with high volatility. So, investors know the risks. They-we also know the potentialities: it is a new technology that supports projects all around the world. Cryptocurrencies raise money, some will succeed and some not, but if they are decentralized it seems the ICO market is not a bubble as a whole.

Nope! Investing on ICO's is high risky. While you invest on ICO's make a research first, chose carifully.  ICO's are actually the best way to invest because of the price and early age we can gain a lot of profit from it. Hold it until price goes high for better profit. But remember some ICOs are outright scams. Their founders are simply cashing in on the absurd amount of dumb money people are throwing into token launches.

So far I have had good experiences with investing into ICOs, however, you should be able to analyze the potential of the ICO and the need for the new token.
A large portion of the ICO tokens just get pump & dumped once they hit exchanges, so be careful in choosing where to put your money (short/longterm).

Also, with Vitalik Buterin's recent statement regarding the ICOs, I believe their worth as an investment will slowly decline.

Of course this is not 100% true. The term is also important. Some ICO is successful for short term investment and some of them are better for long term investment.

3-The technology of the coin
4-The timing
5-The market which it will enter
6-The exchange

8-Which necessity will it meet?
9-Minable or not (POS-POW etc...)

Crypto in the general does allow tax evasion, and be sure people wanna freedom, no matter if countries will or not legalize bitcoin, because crypto is alive and there is no way to kill it anymore, in the worst cenario people will moove their country into the countries wich support crypto world. I dont believe op had been able to be rich with those Neo Ico, since besides a print that can be edited nothing else is showed, but its real that anybody can make a fortune joining Ico and holding and selling the coins on the right moment.

There are some ICO that are best to invest you just look at there progress if they get there cap because i'm sure that this ICO has a potential and your investment would be double or maybe more than 4x of you investment, just research first for thus ICO before investing.

- Read the whitepaper and see if they bring something new to the table
- Research the team and see if they have previous experience in the token niche.
- Look at the token sale hardcap. Anything below 10 million might be a good investment

If the project have a potential for success, don't invest on projects that are without cap unless they have already working product. Research the team as always and try to reach them with questions if they are coordinating properly.

I think we should invest 20% of our assets in ICO projects because good ICO projects will be sold very quickly. For me, to evaluate an ICO needs a lot of important factors because otherwise we will definitely lose the profit.

For me 30% for ICO. 30% for altcoin and 40% for ETH. ICO price increase so fast. some ICO only need few month for x10.
