for sure he not know the whole story about this campaign he judged that fast without researching or knowing what happen in this bounty campaign as well as the exchange union token program.

But what about the tokens that in the participants wallet? what is that tokens? it will disappear soon right? the xuc tokens is such as disappointment. many participants hoped here. why is this happen?

as what jamal said, they have not made any crowdsale. so im thinking they havent scammed anyone. and they havent took anything since no crowdsale happened. im not sure about that though.

who's the investors here? there was no any ICO mean there was no any Investors. and if there is no any investors mean there is no any chance of scam.... they've closed the bounty before start of ICO. and they've paid the participants what they think should be paid.

for your information. the project is still running.. they did eveything without any ICO.

I think they don't know this campaign was already end it is totally dead. And even you try to ask them about your request no one will answer you.

yeah there is still no but for me and in my research about their project they are planning to put this on the december 2017 but i don't really know if that is true i also read about that here. still not sure. atleast there is a hope.
