A project with an active development from the team will always their own targets, but when it comes to the price the market should also support. Like Tomochain there are many companies facing the same situation which almost all potential coins decreased their prices in the market.

I think Tomochain is still performing well but the volatility of this market makes the coin continuously make major adjustments and that is not good for profit.
