The bank is a greedy coward and wants to control everything, even bitcoins. But they can not, bitcoin is all of us.
agreed, bitcoins are created for the people, i believe no one will ever control it that is why most banks release bad statements against bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, fear them not bitcoin will still strive for the greatness it will achieve in the future.
As you mentioned above that banks are spreading false statements about bitcoin and their every action is giving them huge disrespect and yeah bitcoin is the huge threat to the existence of banks because it is same as banks but its profit rate is maximum and banks only give small profit but bitcoin rise is same for everyone and bitcoin itself is a bank so there is no need of banks in future their expiry date is near in future.

I think there is a threat happening between of them.  The banks and cryptocurreny are partner since they are involve in same time of business,
the thing is many people are right to choose the services of bitcoin instead by the bank;  so in this case there is a rivalry happens.
From this the commercial banks sees the great potential of cryptocurrency in the industry which sooner or later it will be number one.

Yesterday the Central Bank of Albania issued a warning about the uncertain and unsafe nature  of cryptocurrencies
They called on people not to get involved. Should we be afraid or the banks are!
Yes some banks scared about bitcoin because bitcoin is very fast to transact while in bank you need to take a big time before you'll get your money so i think if crypto bcome more popular maybe banks will do something to remove bitcoin.

I believe more than some. Many banks are in fear for this recent changes came with bitcoin and other crypto currencies. They are trying to develop strategies so that they don't bankrupt in worst case.

Banks are afraid because they can not control them. cryptocurrency generates no need for third party control. will need to take measures to manage,

I think that banks are already afraid of cryptocurrencies. Simply because it is a huge threat to them. Banks might be replaced in the future by them. The only purpose of the banks could be long-term storage of money. Bitcoin allows us to be our own banks, we don't have to trust third party anymore. I feel much more confident when I'm responsible for my life savings.

Innovation is driving banks out of business, but I know they'll find a work around. Morgan stanley is already getting their hand in the pie. I think banks will be mainly targeting the newbies.

Bitcoins appear and people realize that they can make money from it, they have started saving their money at banks and they are saving it in bitcoins because banks need money to operate and They are having fewer customers, afraid their bitcoins make them lose all their customers. Otherwise the bank does not manage to be bitcoin so they can not control like the currency that the bank is holding.

In my opinion, banks should not fear cryptocurrency but they should look at it as their competition and try to get involved. Maybe invent a new form of crypto that will be easily implemented into our everyday lives - but still be fair with its users and do not control it completely, only help people find their way to use it. Banks can still earn a lot this way. But yes, they are most probably afraid of crypto since more and more people are engaging and using less bank services.

actually the bank is not afraid, just have not been able to find the right solution to solve the banking problem so suitable for future use. well, while cryptocurrency is ideal for that. then, some banks today are beginning to adopt blockchain system. I think this is very good.

I dont think so. They dont have good reasons to be afraid of cryptocurrencies. Banks can create their own currencies i think. This will make  blockchain technology more investable.

They just don't understand it. I was recently on the trading floor of a major bank here in Ireland looking to interview for an internship. Everyone was talking about bitoin as it had just hit the all time highs it is now hovering around. However nobody actually understood what it was or how it worked.
