I read about python.. but my choice is php+js or node.js

As the client side, in my view Python is better than PHP or JS due to GUI, is installed as default in many major GNU/Linux OSs , relatively shorter programming,
Also node.js is good, but more in multi platforms environments and server side, I think.

If you need a script that can tell you a quick/sudden price change for BTC/ETH/LTC in a given period of time, based on API of one exchange, for example approximately 10% in the range 5 minutes and also if you need a simple bot/script that can buy/sell BTC/ETH/LTC in a constant period of time from an exchange for example every 30 minutes, you can send me a PM.
