The $25m hard cap is reached but the crowdsale continues on. This ICO should be closed right now.

The FAQ says I need a private key. Where do I get my private key? Why will I need it?

How to get my tokens after ICO?

The tokens are not released yet, latest by 1st September.

Once released it will automatically be transferred to the Ethereum wallet address from where you sent the funds for the ICO. Once you have it there you can transfer to where ever you prefer.

I suggest you download a good secure desktop wallet, there's many available for free. Exodus is quite good as it supports many coins.

Cheers

Every wallet have private key.its depend on which wallet provider wallet you use.you did not mentioned which wallet you use.you don't provide details.some exchanges and online wallet provider not give you access to private key.
private key need you for clam token.tokens are smart contract so you need private key for clam token.

I have suspicion that Microsoft involved, it means the project will not be totally decentralize.

You should do your homework before saying all these nonsense.

I dont understand how half these launches work , what is the POW element of this coin? Is it mining , running a node, are there wallets etc.

I am a miner, and I have no issues in running nodes but I just dont understand half of these releases. Has it now gone to buying tokens and you dont mine anymore Huh Can someone please explain to me this new way of launching coins.

If you want to mine ERC20 token, you need to find some self-mining smart contracts like Minereum or Timereum. Tierion tokens can only be used as payment for using services on the Tierion Network.

In short, you can't mine TNT token. However, you can run a Tierion node and receive TNT as reward.

It is awfully quiet from Tierion team after the ICO.
I post a few questions here and emailed them as well, no answers.
There is another ICO with the ticker TNT, and it also an ERC20 Token.
I hope they will resolve the confict otherwise it will cause confusion.

I believe this issue will be solved soon.
There is no doubt that this is a legit project.
Tierion has been collaborating with Microsoft and Philips(since 2015).
The ICO is going smoothly and handled very professionally.
Devs have proved their competency.
