Jewels, gold, silver, rhodium & more?!?!?  This coin is really unique and has an awesome backstory to it; I'm sure the future owner will be more than happy with the item.  Grin

Good luck with the auction!

I remember seeing this coin a while back, it's pretty unforgettable!  Although it's a one-of-a-kind, is there a particular maker you can associate this with?  (I forget who was originally selling it).

I ran the numbers on the value of silver being roughly $350, and another $200 for the ETH, so there's at least $550 worth of PMs and Crypto on it.  Can anyone estimate what the Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald might be worth?

Could you just pull out the hand set stones see the private key and then reset the stones?  This is really a cool piece and remember when whywefight put it up here.  Good luck with the sale.

You would need pliers to do that, and it would not only disfigure the smooth setting, but also the gold plating. Therefore, a successful attempt would require a silver smith and a re-application of gold and possibly rhodium plating.

I withdraw but I don't think it matters as it looks like MinerJones knows his time zones and I do not.  Tongue

elianite here..

The fact that I got locked out was unfortunate; it caused me to not be able to keep this thread current, and that led to a loss of visibility. I would have also marked it as a 'ENDING TODAY' in the title had I been able to log in.

It's clear that there was some confusion regarding the timezone, and there were many who did not have an opportunity to bid who wanted to. Since this is an auction for a client and I have a responsibility to them, I think it is reasonable if we extend this auction by one day. I hope you all understand.

----------------------
Increments of 0.05
End time: Wednesday, August 2nd, 23:59 UTC

Auction ends 15 minutes after last bid.
*I retain the right t o end the auction at any time for any reason.

How do timezones work? the time is:
5pm San Francisco
8pm New York

I may not be unlocked yet, so contact info@coinfirm.org (dont PM me on this account)

You couldve bumped this with your temp account though right?

Anyone with interest would see it and open it up, and couldve had your countdown.

lol...1.2BTC then Grin

The auction was over about 1.5 hrs ago... av8rjeff won with a bid of 1.05BTC

But I will let the OP make the final call.

shouldn't that be av8rjeff's call?

also be careful dealing with this coin as it bears a curse.

I try to roll with things, if it works out to my advantage or not. It is what it is. Has anyone ever heard that saying?
I'm thinking so. As for a "curse", one would have to believe in that shit, and I'm not that kinda cat. I'm sure I'll get a huge laugh out of it though.  Roll Eyes
