Here's my prediction.
I already predicted Mt Gox was the new Stockgeneration.com and would not return.
Now i'm predicting, that Hacker Kevin Day, who has fumbled his story on several occasions, and Mt Gox, who also fumbled his story on more than one occasion, working together, in collusion, ....neither of them will file formal charges against the other one, none will hire lawyers to fight with the other, and they will continue to be nebulous and fade into the distance, with everyone in this forum's bitcoins.
Cool predictions, it would suck though when mtgox comes back online for your prediction regarding them
