UPS tracking: 22.11.2017 8:08 A valid ID No. (tax, personal, deferment) required for clearance is missing. We're working to obtain this information. So now my heaters are stuck in Chinese customs. Anyone else encountered this and if so, how to deal with this? Should I contact UPS or Bitmain? |

I am new to Dash mining and I just got my new D3. I read through the post and found the recommendation of using zpool. I wonder why Suprnova is not in consideration since its fee is 0%. Really appreciate if anyone could explain a bit.
I'm using suprnova. I have used zpool in the past and it was pretty good. People have recommended Granatgas pool on here but I was underpaid by them. Also, I can't reach their site now. Since I got my D3, I have been making below estimates so I may give zpool a try. |

This is a good lesson in diversifying. Hold least profitable coins and sell most profitable to cover electricity. I'm selling ETH and holding DASH. When the S9s arrive I'll have another option.

some honesty, if you could get your hands on 1 to 5 d3 units in a day would you now? price $1300 w/ psu. or is it game over/ take too long to recover investment before making $$>? and with 75 GH total how long will it take to get 1 Dash coin?
$1,300.00 is a ridiculous price. They are selling regularly for $750.00 - $800.00.Even that is probably too high. Unless you don't mind a 1 year return of your hardware cost. |

I'm kind of surprised at the heat these things put off... I've got three in my garage and this morning they had chip temperatures of mid to upper 70s. Not many HW errors, but still too high for my comfort. I was hoping the cooler autumn/winter temperatures would help, but I may have to address cooling needs now.
Anyone come up with clever solutions for cooling?

Well assuming that they hold a large amount of BTC they would have gotten a large amount of BCH as well as the payments done in BCH for a couple of batches. If they used BTC (and also Roger Ver) to buy BCH, they MIGHT be able to influence a bull run. That, however, is only based on the FOMO principal that people without knowledge pump up the price by joining the band waggon only based on the increase of past days. Dash, on the other hand, is way older and having such an influence would mean they had a plan and stocked up on DASH years ago to fuck you over these last months |
