After 14 days of running should you power down and let things cool off for say 1hr. Or will the on off every 14 days cause an issue (PCB joints, CHIPS, BOARDS) ? all temPs are 57-60 (chip 48-55 (pcb)
I can't see ppl that have them in a colo asking techs to shut down the machines so maybe it is not needed.

The grue lurks in the darkest places of the earth. Its favorite diet is adventurers, but its insatiable appetite is tempered by its fear of light. No grue has ever been seen by the light of day, and few have survived its fearsome jaws to tell the tale.

Better not to shut off. If you ever need to move them though, let them cool right down before you do.
