check page 13, there is a link to a ccminer cuda version
Thanks, but that's a Windows build.
I should perhaps have been a bit more clear: I am trying to get a mining operation set up on Linux, with Nvidia graphics cards, but the mining software linked in the OP post doesn't seem to compile (
make immediately fails in reference to a file full of Windows paths), and even if it did compile, there's no reference whatsoever to anything Nvidia related, making me wonder whether it would even work with Nvidia cards in the first place.
Hm why try to get the inital miners running?
For nvidia try ccminer/trupvot linux branch.
It currently compiles under ubuntu 16.04 with dev tools installed pretty fine.
Tried it over my phone during a party, so should be doable and i have still the relevant commands in a text file^^
git clone -b linux
https://github.com/tpruvot/ccminer.git./autogen.sh
#Depends on how you configured cuda
./configure --with-cuda=/opt/cuda/ --prefix=//usr/local/cuda
#check makefile.am for active code base e.g. something like nvcc_ARCH += -gencode=arch=compute_61,code=\"sm_61,compute_61\"
Cant really remember that part, but without changes it should be still working^^
make
and Yeah thanks tpruvot/ccminer.
Can't compare it, as I initially mined skunk with quadro cards and not with ubuntu. ( Burn-In testing FTW)
But a GTX 960 2GB seemed to get same hash rate as 2xGTX1050
