I don't run any 1060s, but 20mh sounds pretty good from what I've seen people posting about 1060s... the newest ccminer and CWI miner seem to be the best 2 miners for skunk right now.

20 is about the best you will do with a 1060.  Probably run it around 75% power.  The thing that is going to fail on your card is almost certainly going to be the fan(s).  Try to keep them around 50% speed but still keeping your GPU around 70c.  If you think about the effect of mechanical wear, it probably works like any other form of kinetic energy - based upon the square of the energy.  Ie., my guess is that a fan running at 50% will last four times longer than one running at 100%.

Not really totally sure on that, but what little I remember from physics seems to somewhat jive with that idea.

Stealthcoin looks like you would be buying high to me.  Look at the price history for the coin, it has gone bonkers recently but it was almost worthless for years.  I'm not sure how good it is for mining.

Right now looks like a time to buy low on SIGT but it is still a risk, it could go lower.

20% POS sounds like too much.  That's rapid dilution that probably won't keep up with demand.

you can check both pools 24H blocks and see were I was getting better resoults for my Rig, I thing that in big pools like Super you get good results with larger hash rate but for my small rig it wasn't the best(Maybe it's the miner fault?) :-(.

Try dropping your memory to -500 and power to about 80%. You will probably see next to no change in MH but you will be using less power, your fan should drop a fair bit and the GPU will last that little bit longer.
