Hi,

I tested the 0.0.7 version on my RX 480 and RX 470 mining Signatum and sometimes hashrate dropped from 20mh to 500kh

I have deleted info.db but it's not solving the probelm.

Just go back to 0.0.5 it's better for me.

Thx

If you have your cards overclocked, have you tried dropping the clocks a bit ?

Well, I am running on radeon ReLive suite 17.7.2 with 17.30 driver packaging version, which should be the newest, and seems to work on on 1 GPU, try upgrading to that version.

NEW VERSION UP!!

I have finished the 0.0.7 release which brings awesome new kernels for AMD RX 4** and 5** . Stock RX 570 can now do about 19.2 MH/s.
New version also contains fixes for slow status reporting, and saves miner logs into 'logs' directory.

https://github.com/semtexzv/Prospector/releases/tag/0.0.7-ALPHA

Note: If you have RX 290 performance might be lower or higher, I don't really know how will this new kernel work on these devices.
If you have these devices, please report your hashrates, and whether they are lower or higher than previous versions.

Nvidia miners are unaffected, miner uses old kernel on Nvidia devices.

Enjoy Smiley

Graphics Intel can also get a signatum? My Iris Pro 6200 was not detected in the config file (i7 5775c)

what driver is required ?
Because I only get 15mh for a rx470 with new prospector Sad
Dag Fix Driver Beta.

At what frequency does the GPU have such a result?

You have to manually enter configuration for them. I am curently working on back end OpenCL stuff because I have RX 570 available, but later this week I will work on usability stuff.

If you are working with linux an experience this error:

################################ OPENCL ERROR ###############################

Error executing function: clCreateCommandQueue

Status error code: CL_OUT_OF_HOST_MEMORY (-6)

Please visit the following url for more information:

https://www.khronos.org/registry/cl/sdk/1.2/docs/man/xhtml/clCreateCommandQueue.html#errors

#############################################################################
), State { next_error: None, backtrace: None }) restarting

reinstall OpenCL. In my case it was an old config I dragged around for some version updates. Reinstall is easier as fixing config

Please reply with your system details including which packages you have installed ( versions of drivers ) on the github issue. I wanna create a wiki page with list of known good configurations.

Could not optimize the program, does it work in ETH pools? We see that many speak but only of a specific currency

Running 6x 570 nitros 4gb on windows 64bit.

Ver. 0.0.6: ~113 mh/s
Ver. 0.0.7: ~123 mh/s

Much much faster initializing GPUs also.

Great job  Grin! Now just going monitor the stability of this version. Will let you know how that goes.

Hello! What driver are you using? I was getting an avg of ~119 or something hashrate with the same GPUs on version 0.0.6 but I'm getting half of it on v0.0.8.
What driver should I use?

Thanks

Yes, I stopped all miners and booted the computer. I deleted all files and extracted 0.0.6 back, and now I'm getting 97 MH/s instead of the aforementioned 119. Just trying to find newest drivers to see if it'll solve the problem with newer prospector versions

Hello. I updated my driver to the latest version on AMDs site, dated july 27th, v17.7.2 and now I can succesfully run Prospector 0.0.8, but my MSI Afterburner does not let me OC my gpus. Does anyone know a quick fix for this? I'm getting 112 MH/s with 6 rx 570, which is pretty good for stock, but I want to OC it

Tried it for SIGT on a 470 rig. Some cards get up to 16MH/s (core at 1100) with ETH settings, not bad. However some cards just never seem to get initialized properly and get stuck at 4MH/s or even worse 90KH/s. On this particular RIG, I have 3 different memory brands (hynix, elpida and samsung) so maybe something's "f'ed" somewhere...
