I would disagree with you on that, trading is not the same thing as gambling as the way they are both involved with risks, does not make them the same and yes its possible to make that amount of money in a day trading only knowing the right one to buy for example a coin thats about say 50 satoshis can climb up to about 120 satoshis within 6 hours whoch means if I invested 1btc in such, I would have made 100% return in 6 hours but he most important is knowing the right one to buy.

Although it is possible, but getting 1 million satoshi each day is very difficult indeed. Even if you have certain software, still there will be risks that you face. It might be okay if you have a goal like that, but do not get over the limit in searching for it.

I think staying trading with bitcoin to usd or usd to bitcoin is much better than trading with altcoin for safety reason you can make a large profit with only bitcoin you can make profit today but expect in few days you can make a good profit  and you will never lose in bitcoin if you know the trends sometimes if they heard bad news about bitcoin expect the price of bitcoin will reduce soon just like what we heard few weeks ago about bitcoin that there is possibility that bitcoin will be die after august 1 but right now because of the segwit and some miners test segwit looks like other people are now buying more bitcoins because they know what actually will be affect of segwit after activation..  and more price will increase after august 1..

You will know which coins worth to buy after you have learn it, I mean some coin really has good idea and could be implemented.
then, join to several social media such as twitter, telegram, reddit, etc in order to get the latest news about their development.
Do not buy shitcoins and prefer to buy some famous - top 20 coins if you want to play save and it's profitable as well.

Yes. 1 Bitcoin is enough amount for you to payback million satoshi. You can choose to trade your btc on well known sites such livecoin, poloniex etc. They will have good price in the market on the listed coins and most important people trade a lot there. Do not put whole bitcoin into single coin, you will end up in panicked loosing. Try small amounts distributed into more coins and grab 3-5% of profit from each of them to make something bigger. :-)

It's no different than trading fiat currencies with foreign exchange or stocks except for the high volatility.  If you have a strategy that works well, and understand how to correct mistakes with a little luck on your side, then you can profit.  You will get yourself into loss positions, and how you navigate through that will likely dictate whether you'll succeed.

But I think to earn that big with a single BTC in a single day, the best thing to do is to enter trading. But first things first, study well the alts, the charts, the projects of these alts, the speculation of reliable sources, relevant technical assistance, and so on and so forth. These may sound a lot but I believe you have the necessary determination and will. Choose the best platform also. You may try bittrex. You can choose a lot of coins to trade there. Do a trial trading with a very little amount. Once you get the hang of it, slowly increase the amount.

But always remember not to be too excited nor afraid. There will always be risks involved. Your emotions will be of no help. Be wise.
