*UPDATE* http://pwc.hackshardgaming.net now back online.  I had to do some massive cleanup as we sorta overloaded the machine with shares!  everyone should be paid up now and everything should be back online.

I keep getting 'pool 0 communication failure' in miner.

This is caused by me restarting the mining service.  Was making some changes to our rewrite power in order to stop all the stales. Should be clean now.

all that means is someone else found the block. Your not gonna get much now too much hashpower on it. You really need to get in the first few hours to cash in at our hash rate.
