Child policy,  it is very relevant to limit the population in the country.

Unless the country is run by a dictatorship or an absolute monarchy, it is not possible to implement a one-child or two-child policy. China could implement it, but only because it is run by a dictatorship. India tried the same in 1977, after declaring the martial law. Sanjay Gandhi was the one who masterminded the move.
