There are issues associated with both these measures. The religious leaders claim that children are gifts from god and therefore the couples should never use family planning. And in my place, it is quite difficult for girls to get suitable matches, if they are above 25-26 years.

3. LEGISLATIVE ACTIONS
    Strict legal steps are required  for child marriage, education,  abolition of child labor and beggary and family planning to reap significant benefits from it.
4. PROVIDING INCENTIVES
     Incentives have prove to be an effecient policy measure in combating most development issues including population.
5. SPREAD AWARENESS
     People need to be told and made to understand the consequences of having too many children.
6. WOMEN EMPOWERMENT
    Empowering woman with a say in matters concerning them like  child birth and educating them to fight against discrimination   will ensure a health and  aware society.
7. ERADICATE POVERTY
    Poverty has a direct relation to the population growth. In developing contries of Asia and Africa. child labor, slave trading and human trafficking is highly prevalent. People give birth to kids and sell them to rich people.
8. EDUCATION
     Once educated person know and understand the harms which a high population growth rate posseses.
9. EASY AND CHEAP AVAILABILITY OF CONTRACEPTIVES
     It will help to avoid cases of unwanted pregnancies and birth.

     Lack of development implies high poverty, high illiteracy, high discrimination, lack of awareness, lack of medical facilities and this in turn increase population growth.

Having sex is something natural. But that doesn't mean that everyone should be having 12 to 15 children each. It was okay 100 years back, when the population density was quite low, and the survival rate of children was abysmal. Times have changed. Now the world is heavily over-populated and the human longevity is at record high.

I think it is hard to fully resolve overpopulation, People should be informed of the devastating consequences of such a situation. It is entirely up to the families and the individuals in the community and society to decide on how to face and respond to it. Family Planning is the most widely suggested approach so far. Birth control and awareness are part of it's objectives. Some nations have a 2 child policy, it's the mandatory solution to their predicament. It's a sensitive topic but nonetheless it is undeniably a growing irrefutable crisis we continue to face today.

What I see here is that parents who do not learn the consequences of having many children are the hardest time in the future. There are also many government programs to familiarize family planning with each family. The problem with many poor families is to do the best thing first and not to think about the consequences of this in the future. I can not see Good idea now to control the Population in this world.In the future overpopulation will be a major problem of all the countries because mostly countries are not taking interest in that problem. While the countries who have already face this problem also need to provide proper solution like to educate the people about overpopulation problem and their results.Overpopulation where the number of existing human population exceeds the carrying capacity of Earth. Overpopulation is caused by number of factors. Reduced mortality rate, better medical facilities, depletion of precious resources are few of the causes which results in overpopulation. It is possible for a sparsely populated area to become densely populated if it is not able to sustain life. Growing advances in technology with each coming year has affected humanity in many ways. One of these has been the ability to save lives and create better medical treatment for all. A direct result of this has been increased lifespan and the growth of the population. In the past fifty or so years, the growth of population has boomed and has turned into overpopulation. In the history of our species, the birth and death rate have always been able to balance each and maintain a population growth rate that is sustainable.
