I think it is simple really. Every 24hours this site, that can be named faucet, releases some random amount of coins to all wallets that signed in. Although time could have been given with a specific time zone, that would be easier to understand. Today I was late for example, by 1 hour

I think you should also add this coin for voting at the novaexchange.

The Payout chances works like that:

You have 50 % chances to get 15 VCP

20%  chances to get 20 VCP

15% - 35 VCP

10%- 50 VCP

5% - 75 VCP
