Just look at that guy who posted to your steemit upvote exchange thread:
Fishbones78 2017-07-22 0.00000000 Messaged me over Skype, after PM'ing me saying they had. I think this is a sold account (THINK, hence only neutral feedback). The reasoning behind this is that the user has recently changed the account email, and is asking for a fairly large loan with invalid collateral. Not to mention that the apparent reason for email address is "I changed it because randomly".
EDIT: Asked me for 0.035 BTC, 5 minutes later now only wants 0.015. Very concerning.

This is a mark of a scammer who is here causing trouble for everyone here.
Get DT member to flag his account on BCTalk so he does not get a loan and is kicked out of his campaign for giving threats to all of us who replied to your thread.
Read again the conversation. I did not asked you for 0.035. I asked you for 0.015 and I told you that is supposed to receive from my signature campaign 0.035.
The reason for changing my email is personal. I can do it as many times I am prefering to do it.
I did my request, I said what I can offer as collateral, if it is acceptable we could continue. In my point of view was more than enough but that's it.
