I had complied Elacoind with lastest pull from github which included checkpoints and difficulty fix.

You can download it @ https://mega.co.nz/#!8sdlWR5L!Y3I--1eKDNgOWp9rbbQMoTFvFa8Uyq8EHOVO1G6IXY8

Please run it with a VM or Sandbox.

so if i have windows, i currently have no wallet to store my coins and i should just keep them at the pool for now?

elacoind.exe HAS WALLET, but you can control it only via commandline. Waiting for GUI.

I am currently mining make sure you set the correct worker user name and passwords. I have also noticed that their are lots of rejects. I can tell you that Big Vern is awesome about hunting down issues and will get it tweeked he runs many successful pools already.

Maybe this explains the low hash rate?:

Pool Hash Rate   9.822Mhash/s
Round Shares    465
Pool Efficiency   36.06%

i have given up on this SCAM.

i got qt-miner working, pointed some of my PS's to it using cpuminer, got a few "accepted" messages in the cpuminer window and a transaction on the status-page from the qt-miner but never saw a transaction on the transaction page and wallet always showed 0

debuglog showed nothing but orphans

Starting to see lots of accepted confirmed blocks on the pool http://www.elacoinpool.com/ so if your having issues jump in so we can get this coin rolling.

this pool is working well!
only hashrate is not correct shown but its ok Cheesy

edit: difficulty just raised to 0.09

edit2: anyone has optimized setting for cgminer, i got LOT reject.
