HI everyone.

We are sorry for didn't come to clarify our new process for purchasing before, just too busy recently.

Current ordering process: (actually is very easy)
- Any questions regarding shipment, payment, operation question and pcice, we will offer response through our Skype.
- Final quotation, payment details will be provided through official email(baikal@baikalminer.com)
So just shoot your questions to our skype first.

Why we use Skype for communicating:
We admit we don't have many market skill..but we are trying. Considering of previous sale on Cube/quad-cube, too many customers fail to order due to our delayed reply, we are sorry for that. So this time, we deceided to move our customers who have quetsions need to check before ordering to our skype, so for a fast and timely communication. make sure each customer will get a fast answer.
Why we use Email quoting:
Gathered all feedbacks about security issue. we deceide to use official email for final quotation. So, just make sure the final quotation you get is from our official email, then you are in safe and right road. this is all for the security of customers payment.

We are still young in this industry, but we are learning and sure will be better in the future.

I will also make response on the OVERPRICED COMMENTS outside here:
1) we have been always selling goods in stock, this can ensure all of you a SAFE and ACCURATE shipment date. Future goods and spot goods have big difference.
2) people might now just take our X11 algorithm as standard to compare. X11 is just one of our six algorithms. offer some of your attention to other algorithms, you may find a same or even better profit.

@igotek
Thanks very much for your reviews and your comments on us. Smiley Smiley Smiley
May I ask could you do me a favor if you can pasted my statement of process steps to your original post. that helps more people to see Cheesy Cheesy

As you know, the Baikal team announced their new miner on their web sites. Everyone wants to buy one. But it is too hard to buy one because of too many customers and limited stock. I am the one of the lucky person who bought the new Baikal A2000 Giant+ miner.   Smiley

The package is so good. It is impossible to get damaged during shipment. The Baikal team has packaged it very well. I was very excited while opening the package. And YES ! The product seems so fantastic. Really simple design. Easy to use friendly view. There was 4 cable. Two cable for PSU. One cable to connect two boards each other. One cable to connect the miners to each others if you buy more miners. So you dont need to use so many ethernet cables and Orange Zero. I have checked the cables and the product. They are amazing quality. Yes, I love it.  Smiley

It needs only 430 Watt on X11 algo and the hashrate value is 2050 Mh/s on X11. Really good values. Not power hungry like Antminers.  Smiley
Fan speed %70 and temparature 55 c. It is not so silent like mini miner and cube miner. But it is still good against Antminers. It s not so loud. You can sit in the same room. Listen to wind voice. Home Mining  Smiley

I know that a few companies (Bitmain, iBelink, Innosilicon) has announced they have new X11 miners with a huge power. But they dont sell it yet. The Baikal team has X11 Giant+ miners now. Just buy, plug and play. It is so simple. Possible ROI 6 months. Not bad. You must check the Baikal web site for the stock immediately. I hope you can buy them. I believe the Baikal team will announce a new miner named as Baikal Miracle Miner with huge compute power soon. They sell their miners but they dont have so many miners in stock. I live in Turkey and I bought the miner. Just check their web site daily. And the Baikal team is so reliable. I paid the money and wait for the product is ready for days. But I received my miner finally. Big thanks goes to the Baikal Team. I believe they are the best on ASIC device manufacturer. All of their product are the best. If you have any questions about the Baikal miners, feel free to ask. I can test many pools and settings. Here is a few picture to enjoy.

It is somehow deceiving considering Antminer D3 offers 15 GH/s. Moreover they have a very weird system to give the price as you have to ask them, they give it to you - and can scam you by asking more than other people - and you have two hours to pay. Very weird and unprofessional...

There are 46 chips (24 + 24) in this miner. Not bad temperature. Put the miner in front of the climate system. You will see around 40 c. And you can change the fan speed.

yes, I also contacted with them by skype..  but they offer final quotation from their email.. so, just make sure paid according to the details from their official email. then you won't be scammed...

somehow I am kind of man who perfer this communication way, not so formulaic, it is more friendly.. and I can do some negotiation with them Grin Grin

Antminer D3 sold out in 2 hours. No detailed information at the web site. I doubt thet sell Andtminer D3. I think it is for checking the order request only. Or they have them and use for their own mining. You cannot buy it now and for a long time.

Baikal team sells the new A2000 Giant + miner. They dont ask more than the other people. If you try to buy from aliexpress, ebay etc, yes the people want more money than the usual price. But the Baikal team dont want higher price. I think the price of the A2000 Giant + has really good price. 6 months ROI sounds good.

Not wanting to deal with the sh*tshow of trying to buy one of these miners from Baikal.

They are ANYTHING but professional.  Skype this, email that, quote this, skype again, sorry sold out.  Radio silence, don't respond.

If they can't communicate clearly about the ordering processes, it makes me uneasy as to their delivery processes or if any hiccups happen.

No thanks.

Bitmain isn't the greatest with support, but at least the ordering processes and ensuring delivery is decent.

In 3 months when the mega miners hit, the time to recoup capital investment is going to extend out quite a bit on a 2k MHS miner.

I think you may want to check your math... 2GH/s @ 430 watts = 215 watts/GH. The AntMiner D3 isn't even claiming to be the most power efficient and is only using 80 watts/GH.

Wow, you OP are the biggest Baikal fan boy I've ever met.
I like their stuff too (as I have few), but we must all come to realise that Bitmain and Innosilicon are soon way ahead compared to Baikal or Pindea or Ibelink.

This is of course interesting and I will check how much they sell them, and if they do not sell at a too high price I will order one, or maybe several if they sell it at a good price.

I used Baikal mini miner. You have them. and you know how their quality.Cube is better quality. And A2000 Giant+ ? Really good. The best of them.

I believe the Baikal team will make huge compute power miner. Everyone knows the Baikal team is the first team who made ASIC devices for X11, Quark, Qubit.
The bitmain Antminer D3 is only for X11. How about Quark and Qubit ? I dont think the Antminer D3 will end Baikal ASIC devices. Baikal will be the best always.

I agree with others that Baikal is not transparent with very high pricing as compare to Bitmain or iBeLink, they need to come with a good product which is priced reasonably.

For example check their website even now they didn't mentioned the price of Giant on their website ... oh they did few days back (i remember) and then they intentionally removed it because they know they are selling way more expensive.

Lets hope they can correct themselves or they will loose their market share.

Prior to the D3 and A5, that was quite efficient for X11 mining.
It's also a lot lower draw than any of the other manyGhs miners.

Baikal really needs to work on their customer interface.
Trying to order from them is a big enough nightmare that I eventually gave up on it.

Bailkal was NOT the first folks to create an ASIC for X11 - they were third, behind Pinidea and Ibelink.

They WERE the first for the non-X11 algos that their miners support though - and that MIGHT keep them alive 'till they can come up with a competative miner to the D3 or A5.

All we need is competition I guess. More ASICs for x11 will help to set lower price (bit the diff will go up too Sad )

The Baikal A+ iant is over priced and not hard to order you can order on asicminer dot com they have 100+ in stock at 7300.00 WOW. This is BS too expensive for 2000 mhs when bitmain is 15ghs I did not pay for Ibelink @10.8 Ghs to wait for D3 why would anyone want a Baikal with the shit customer services they are like DIVAs who do not answer emails and always out of stock because they hoard miners or sell to Chinese only then we get shafted by overpriced miners. Baikal is now a waste of time and throw away good money on weak miner. All the vendors selling Baikal are horrible with customers very good the party for them is over. good riddance.

Do you think D3 will be reliable as its first batch and probably they are working on a prototype now (as no photo was released and just l3 photo was placed)

Nobody knows, Bitmain has very high variance in terms of batch reliability so it may be true that the first batch is unreliable and they tweak it throughout later batches. Seems like they are in early stages of development atm with the L3 photos but they may use the same chassis for the miner. Fingers crossed they didn't rush development and they've just now decided to shoot the gun.

just rumors about x11 miners from many companies.

if i see any x11 miner, i can think it is better or not.

There is no x11 miner except Baikal. Dont think about its overpriced. Buy it and mine with it. you will get ROI in 6 months.
