ETH the token has little value. It's been promoted as a "world super computer" that can run DAPPS, smart contracts, a currency, DAOs and useful to banks. Even someone with basic technology understanding knows that a decentralized system 100s if not 1000s of times slower than a cell phone will never be capable of all that. The recent failures during ICOs demonstrate just how slow a decentralized system really is. A decentralized system might do one thing well (like being a currency) but, it will never be capable of doing a multitude of functions. If there was ever a popular DAPP ETH would slow to a crawl and the DAPP would be of no use.
Ethereum is a continuously evolving experiment. This means that there will be failures, there will be forks and there will be scams. But due to having a strong influetial group of developers behind and a strong community it can and will evolve. Either that, or die trying. But, to the point, the Ethereum community and particularly the main developers know that for wider adoption this network needs to be cheaper (and thus PoS) and quicker. I am sure these issues are going to be addressed properly, being my doubt if it may be surpassed by newer criptos. I am investing in Ethereum middle term because I don´t stake what I cannot afford to loose and I confortable with high risk as long as a high reward is possible. All the crypto currencies have some flaws and if we talk about bitcoin and ethereum, their main problem lies in the speed and rates, especially when it comes to micro transactions. Things have been gone better and each exchange has its own rates. If we talk about bitcoin then at least it has made some progress in this matter. Ethereum is the best altcoin and it surely will get improve with time. Exact Thats how i see ethereum too it is one of the best altcoin that truly will gives us big profit and also it will be one of the leading coin in currency thats for my opinion only cause thats how i see it but for me it will never surpass bitcoin. It can be one of the best but for surpassing the number one coin it will never be.

Nope, I made my money and got out. There are far more interesting projects with upside potential than eth. Eth isn't going to go 10x from here, but there are many other alts that could do that. Buy low, long, get rich. It's simple.

It has remained number one altcoin since its birth and this proves its importance. Though it is far away from bitcoin in producing profits but one can trust his future with this crypto currency. I want to see progress in some dimensions and I know it will happen someday.

Yes of course. I've used it every day for transacting in every token I received. I have no problem handling ethereum while doing some investment purposes. I currently have myetherwallet, for me this is the best wallet I have used will continue to support ethereum.

I always thought if Etherium is a very good altcoin to use in a transaction right now because to confirm block faster than bitcoin then to buy one Etherium it's easier instead of buying a Bitcoin coin

There is nothing compared to bitcoin in term of history and price. But Ethereum is far better than other Altcoins.
Ethereum changed how their blockchain operated as it's inspired by Bitcoin but based on an improved technology that makes the transactions easier.
Many experts predict ETH will in the top of crypto currency but only the time can tell us

With many of its current ico that use the Etherium platform as its payment will certainly have a significant impact in my opinion because it proves that Etherium deserves to exist and competes with bitcoin

I've never been a great supporter of ETHERIUM or whatever, though I have to admit that BTC has some drawbacks, which ETHERIUM (in theory) could make up for. The problem, However, lies in that fact that ETHERIUM is totally unfit as a system- it fails all the time and is truly supported by it's founders, who, are said to have left a "backdoor" for themselves.
The problem for me is not the technical advantages of ETHERIUM, but much so it's ability to grow and make me extra money. Do I believe in ETHERIUM as in Bitcoin or say DASH? No, I don't. Will I invest in it? Yes, I will cause we all are well aware of it's ability to make us more and more money- grid is what truly kills us... and just like myself- the vast majority of us are rather griddy

Ethereum is like the wild wild west, a lot of new, groundbreaking development going on. It's obvious it isn't the safest thing. It will break, a lot. If you're OK with that, go for it.
The thing that bothers me the most is the almost complete centralization and the ease with which the code could be used to run large private blockchains for corporations.
Longterm prospects of Ethereum look dim.

But ethereum will got another hardfork in this month but that was interesting hardfork rather than hardfork segwit2x for bitcoin itself. As you can see that generated bitcoin gold shit token.

I can't name any other coin/token, which failed more times than ETH. It's not about loving or hating it, it's all about people losing money, because of situations which can be avoided. I would care less if these ETH based projects were not asking money from the masses, but that's not the case. And believe me when I'm saying that Ethereum has some powerful lobbyists. Otherwise its price would be probably 1/5 from the current one.
Didn't we had enough of this?
I do not know, ETH seems to be not moving much or doing anything, many people are talking about many projects, some new and some old but almost no one brings ETH, it seems that ETH is losing some of its shine especially with so many new coins that want to replace it and take its place.

Of course, I still support Ethereum. It is true, Ethereum has some powerful lobbyists I has said to this opinion before https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2266869.msg23010675#msg23010675

Offcourse I still support it, becasue in my opinion ETH is the biggest and succesfully altcoin. In my mind ETH can be bigger in future than Bitcoin because its own blockchain technology is uniqe and use by many other party to development project.

***Didn't we had enough of this?
As you see those lobbists are to big to let crash ETH now but when some economy crisis will hit ETH will fall nicely. There is only one thing that can make ETH vanish better faster cheaper alternative and that will be enough to forget about it. Now few projects is challenging ETH, their edge is that they are building system knowing mistakes of ETH and by design avoid those problems. Those will be next lvl krypto. At its own ETH won't die to many bagholders there.

Ofcourse I'd still support Etherium. Etherium at this point is continuously growing from the size of the community to its demand and market value. Problems such as what you've mentioned is already overcame by Etherium. It is now widely used in ICOs which makes the demand high that positively affects its market value making it high. So it is still worth supporting.

I'm not sure, never been fond of ethereum personally and still isn't. But i think the community has matured a lot and it's probably a much better time to accumulate now compared to June-July when everyone was hyping about Ethereum. Still though, ETH probably has no real life uses other than being a platform for ICOs. I wouldn't go all in with ETH, since it's already climbed so much. I'd at least wait for the dip.

Ethereum is just a platform, a market. The low quality Ethereum-based project is not the fault of Ethereum itself.
