guarantee it is because of the IRC server it uses to connect with peers.  I haven't found a good one yet :/

Sorry, misunderstood the issue.  Sounds like an external issue, can you get into your router/firewall?

Also, try deleting everything in your \roaming\copypasta folder and restarting
