This question is asked here many times before and there no 100% correct way to estimate this data.
Every Bitcoin user uses multiple wallets,addresses and exchange platforms.
Coinbase is one of the biggest bitcoin companies and they require ID verification.I think that most of the bitcoin users use Coinbase and the number of ID verified people should be around 30% of all BTC users worldwide.I don`t know if they could reveal that number.

No there isn't. It's impossible to make estimates regarding how many people use Bitcoin.
Also who is a user to you? Someone who has a wallet? Someone who has ever made a Bitcoin transaction? Someone who pays with Bitcoin regularly?

If you took a wild guess, you could probably say that the amount of people who have ever made a Bitcoin transaction is in the millions, but you can't prove it because it's not possible.
