According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

This coin is just in the beginning stages, it will have so much more to offer once the crypto space really dominates the online purchases world. Digital Assets, gaming, its going to all change so dramatically that people won't even know what hit em. But its going to be a good change. Enjincoin is a very good example of how it will change the Gaming industry. Anyone know whats next in their lineup?

Hope they list on some new, and large, exchanges soon. The price is in freefall at the moment! Hope not too many people purchased at over 40 cents a token!

In the long run though, should hopefully keep trending upwards as games actual use the coin.

The Great Cryptocurrency Crash and Why Enjin Coin Would Survive It

In the event of a crash, Enjin Coin would live on — and perhaps emerge stronger than ever.

Calm down. Relax. Take it easy.

No need to panic.

I’m not saying there will be a cryptocurrency crash of epicly disastrous proportions. A catastrophic burst of a Schrödinger-like crypto bubble.

I’m not claiming that the worst nightmare of every crypto-investor will happen — just that if it does, Enjin Coin would be left standing.

Perhaps stronger than ever.

The Shroud of Gray

I vividly remember a conversation I had with my father — two decades ago.

We were in a crappy, ancient car.

“So… What do you actually sell at your new job, dad?” I asked, restless on the back-seat.

“I sell fog.” he laconically replied.

“Fog?” the 8-year old me followed up.

“Mist. Bottled fog, of sorts. It doesn’t exist, not really. But it has value.” he went on, mysteriously.

A month later, he bought a brand-new ride. To me, the car looked like a freaking spaceship.

A few weeks later, I kinda-sorta realised what the heck his new gig was about. I did not get the fog analogy he used, but the Internet — yeah, I knew everything about it — we got our first modem when I was five.

It was 1998, and he was running an ISP company — selling internet time.

Modems are one thing that I’ll never, ever miss.

As I grew up, I came to understand — and appreciate what my dad meant by “selling fog.” It’s imaginary. It’s fairy dust.

It’s not “real” in a way sand, gold or airplanes are.

It’s fugazi.

Free fall is a bit alarmist.

However, most of the market is in a correction right now.  But, this is long term bet for me. If I was day trading I would have sold at .40$.

I'm sure the devs would tell you yes.

But, until it has been security reviewed by a few security and crypto gurus I would say NO.

It's easier to manage all your coins with the Enjin Wallet compared to the ledger interface. Saying that, the Ledger is more secure as it's a dedicated device. It's a balance between amazing usability and great security vs lower usability and ultimate security.

We will be looking at implementing Hardware support with the Enjin Wallet later down the line, allowing you to connect your hardware wallet to your device and access your wallets with the app.

"Add Custom Token" feature coming very soon to the Enjin Wallet.

Nice update.

When will desktop wallet release ?

Currently no ETA on the desktop release yet. We are reviewing and evaluating our roadmap to include our new scopes and goals.

Hope they list on some new, and large, exchanges soon. The price is in freefall at the moment! Hope not too many people purchased at over 40 cents a token!

In the long run though, should hopefully keep trending upwards as games actual use the coin.

We have one more exchange coming up soon. We don't decide on the listing date but should be by the end of this month.

You can also vote for Enjin to be listed on Cobinhood. Please read the requirements for voting. You will need to hold COBs!
