How to send ETH contract tokens to exchange sites?

I have some tokens in MyetherWallet and I want to transfer it to exchanges (hitbtc, etherdelta, bittrex). This is the first time I will do some token transfer. Im confused with the Gas on Send Token page on Mew.

1. Get your exchange token address on your exchange wallet. This is not ETH address, an address specific to that token. Changes for each different token.
2. Go to MEW's send token page.
3. Enter your target address (exchange's token address), amount to send. And that's all.

Be careful, don't use MEW scam web site mistakenly. It's imitating the real MEW web site.

the first you must have  ETH balance, bcause GAS is same sending fee need ETH balance
GAS can automatic , but several coin must setting use High GAS, sample Taas coin must over 150k if under 150k youre taas coin never sending back again youre balance

click tab in sending token, login youre myetherwallet account, if youre token balance ready youre myetherwallet account you can sending coin
if not, you must add custom token

You forgot to tell about choosing particular token to send. Be carefully here. If you send wrong tokens you will lose them.

Do you want to send you token to etherdelta? YOu need to connect you MEW to etherdelta in order to trade in there. Go to etherdelta, click Import Account in the right most corner menu. YOu need to enter address and private key. You can see your tokens in etherdelta.

If you want to trade your token, deposit it into etherdelta. Click deposit tab in balance, then put the amount of token, then click deposit. It is successful if you see your token balance in etherdelta column.

Note that you do need to have a small amount of ETH there too. I think I have about 0.2 ETH in my account.

Import account works for me but you forgot to say that you should have some ETH in your wallet to deposit tokens, even in this method.
I feel so unsafe with my private key on their site. Is it ok give it to they?

I participated in the Cryperium ICO - this was my first ICO ever. I need some instructions for tokens which will I recieve. How to send it to Bitrexx/Binance or maybe some other (don't know where will CRPT first appear)? Can I leave my CRPT tokens on MEW for a while or I should send it to exchange immediately?

Will I need some ETH in my MEW and how much is enough?  How to proceed this ETH sending? I buy ETH on exchange and then just send it to my MEW public address? Thank you!

I got sent some Tokens, I asked them to be sent to a wallet (imToken) but they used a Bittrex address instead so the tokens are lost ?     Anyone have some insight on that scenario, I see them deposited on etherscan but bittrex struggles to give a deposit for normal ETH nevermind tokens so can I do anything now ?

To build on this, make sure that you set the gas price in line with the net situation of the moment. The best way is to take a look at https://ethgasstation.info/  Also, to be safer, you can download the etherwallet files and create an unsigned transaction off-line.

Not that I know. Every Eth transaction requires a fee for the miners. That is the "gas" thing (not the NEO "gas", that´s another coin). So, to pay the gas fee you need some ethereum in your wallet and there is no workaround.

Gas is like fees. Without gas your transaction wont work.

Sending ERC20 token is the same as sending ETH. Since you are sending to an exchange, first get the deposit address of the ERC20 token in balance or deposit page.

In MEW, go to send page. Usually you have to load the token you want to see in the drop down list. Once you are able to see the token in the drop down list, you are able to send it. Be sure to have at least 0.001 ETH balance to pay for the transaction fees.

It is not very difficult. Firstly, obtain the destination address from the exchange. Make sure is the right one for the token. Then go to MEW and choose the right gas price according to how congested the network is. Look that up on https://ethgasstation.info/

Open your wallet then on the right side of MEW you´ll see the option to load tokens. If you token´s not listed you need to add it as custom.

Then, go to the transaction section and see that now you can choose ETH or the token.

Regarding the gas limit, I would advice 250.000 wei. It won´t spend that much. You´d normally need to have some ether to pay for the gas used, that would be 1$ or less if the network is normal.
