Progress looks good. I'm using you and CPU mining at other coins now, will switchover to mine some royalties later.

Hello all, I'm having some issues running "wolf-xmr-miner-v0.4".
The error returned (win10 64bit, R9290x 4gb, 16gb ram) is

"Error loading configuration file: unable to open xrm.conf: No such file or directory on line -1"

Now its been a long day and im sure its simple but for the life of me i cannot figure it out. Ive had no problems in the past using other miners for things like XMR etc, could someone kick me mercilessly onto the right path?

Thanks.

Let me know if you need my conf, first born etc.

I think your port has been occupied, that's why you have such socket error message. Just ensure that you did not run it more than once. Or it is better if you reboot your machine.

About Royalties
Royalties is a fork of XDN (DigitalNote) and will have the same linear interest formula as the original code to start with. We understand that this linear formula doesn't make locking up your coins for longer terms better. Meaning we know that most will manually compound your deposits. By depositing for 1 month and after that month redeposit the total sum, over and over. The formula should be compounding, and in Deposits 2.0 we will bring a better deposit structure. We needed development funds from the ICO, code Deposits 2.0 and many other changes.

Block reward
Block rewards start out a little different, they start small and get bigger as the network grows and so does the cost of mining. Yes block rewards are part of the network security. However if at the beginning we have 100 Transactions per day and the blockchain is still a small file. Its like the differences between securing a home WIFI and all of Google. At the beginning Bitcoin was producing about 7,200 coins per day and now about 1,800. By year 2 Royalties will be producing 7,200 or 5,400 more coins than Bitcoin is now per day. So Royalties will be producing the same amount of coins per day, that Bitcoin did in the beginning, only Royalties will do this until Total supply is reached.

Dev,

One question for you. If there is no market even if you provide 30-60% interest it's of no use. There is no trading going on in cryptopia and there are no other exchanges.

for a coin to be successful it should have a value and volume tradings but nothing of that sort.

Is there any effort being made to get this coin listed in better exchanges.

Its still in early adoption phase.
Sure there is no trading, cause everybody that does mine wants to hold a decend amount of coins first before it comes to trades.

As you can see there have been some small spikes when the first exchanges happend.

As a long term coin with deposit features in the chain it will still take a while until it gets higher in the course.

block explorer shows a bit of activity of transactions still, so not dead.
50 miners at time of this post.

99.1113% of coins in circulation are locked into deposits.

im still chugging along CPU mining with my gpu mining rigs, long term deposits are coming up to be unlocked in a couple days which will all be redeposited again.

Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh

Yes, what happened, why did XRY suddenly crash ?
Maybe the realisation that the supply will be 18 Trillion coins has put a lot of people off - or does this really matter ?
