I think that particular rule might have been slightly confusing, the slash meant the conjunction "AND" rather than "OR" in this context (but I agree that it was ambiguous). Could you PM the post you have liked and I'll accredit your points.

Thanks! We'll see what happens, our end-goal here is not raising the most amount of money in the shortest amount of time. We just want publicity and feedback so we can improve our app, so far we've not had too much feedback on what people would like to see different or added.

It is difficult to get attention of people these days.. Market is literally exploding with ICO projects! Everyday is comin more and more!
