Pre-release access: Close of pre-ICO — 18th November 2017.

The team should be responsible enough on how they handle their ANN so this thread will not be closed again. Also, since the duration of the Pre-ICO is really long, and the early supporters might leave, they should at least give us updates once in a while to keep us in the loop and be reminded that ACT is still alive. |

Its not fraud or or anything it just that the first thread was lock/deleted by the mods and the ICO that took place and ended is just a pre-ICO main crowdfund will start somewhere in september i guess. |
