yacoin has some bugs

have found several bugs.

not stable.


1. when wallet encrypted, can't submit work.
2. ya getbalance ddd can get 460369962130.31762695
3. when use sendfrom , will have problem

4. now my server can't connect the seed node "82.211.30.212" ,
   i can't sure what happened, now my YAC pool all has "target-miss".
   i reboot pool and yacoind several times , can't solve it.
   i think perhaps yacoind bug again.
