As you know a blockchain snapshot will take place on the 19th of February at 0900 UTC in preparation for the Airdrop of our unsold ICO tokens across the period of 21st - 23rd of February.We would like to remind you that if your tokens are kept in an ERC20 compliant wallet that you control, then you do not need to do anything and you will receive 1.8 tokens for every ROC token you hold, Airdropped to your wallet, by the end of the 23rd of February. If your tokens are deposited to the Ether Delta smart contract, please withdraw them before the snapshot time as we will not be Airdropping tokens to the Ether Delta smart contract.

I think you need transwer token to ERC20 compliant wallet,but I m not sure, it is better way to contact support on website and ask .
