They decentralize the data in a peer to peer network. Its not really blockchain as we are used to.. in fact it is more like torrents or ipfs

Yeah, I am intrigued as well. I know there can be quite a few roadblocks regarding security permissions especially on iOS devices to really collect as much data. But we used to collect everything including installed apps and how long each app stays at the foreground (aka app usage).

Datum has a very little market cap right now, it doesn't represent the value of the token. After some time it will be way higher than current i guess.

Withdrawal DAT tokens is already possible with the OKEX exchange!
I do not know how relevant this information is, but I learned about it only now. I hope for someone useful.

I'm trying to participate in the first data sharing offer in the app, but it keeps coming back with 'some error occurred, please try again'.  And it does not recognise my email from the gleam rewards.

Tokens are linked to email accounts used by Gleam. We launched BETA version of the app, and will be fixing it.

Not receiving tokens yet doesn’t mean scam.  Common guys, patience.  It seems to me that the gleam style of airdrop just doesn’t work.  Almost every airdrop that has been run via Gleam either doesn’t get distributed eventually or participants have to go through a new set of actions to get what is supposed to be due to them already.
