The exchange is already operational here: https://exchange.coss.io/soft and hard cap? ICO will end on 6th of September?
The Hard Cap should be around 200.000 ETH |

Interesting, do you know which exchanges? US based. Probably TaaS not lsiten on Bittrex. But ICONOMI chose buyback and listed on Kraken. If I'm wrong please give correct information. What is you statement on SEC's investigations report about ICO's or crowdfund raising ? Someone already have asked about the detailed results of Pre-ICO round how much money was collected and how many token were sold out ? What happened with unsold tokens ? You need to provide these statistics at the main page for everyone to see clearly. These things will make the project transparent.

Alright, so regarding your first question about the SEC. COSS is incorporated in Singapore, a country where ICO's and Cryptocurrencies are treated as goods and as such do not get affected by the SEC ruling, since they are still unregulated. The COSS Team is also paying close attention to the current developments in USA regarding ICO's. There has been a Pre-ICO called "Fire Swap", 1300 ETH was raised during that round, and if you will register as a user on COSS you can see all of this information. The Fire Swap was held for Strategic Partners and Community Supporters but at the end, the COSS team has decieded to open up contributions to the public with a minimum of 50 ETH contribution. The remaining unsold tokens from the Pre-ICO will be included in the Token Swap Pool(ICO). |
